“Just a Guy”, VP of Rants

Jim Miller is a Marine Corps veteran, small business owner, father, car enthusiast, and was a candidate for Colorado Springs Mayor in 2023. 

He is a straight-talking advocate for our local community, and is especially passionate about protecting children from sexual predators. 

Jim’s motto for his mayoral campaign of “I’m just a guy” and his unfiltered speaking style intrigued The Peak News’ Executive Producer, Chaim Goldman, who created the program’s closing segment just for Jim.  “The Peak Rants” completes each daily broadcast with a short dose of reality served up with sarcastic humor (ala Andy Rooney of  ”60 Minutes” fame).
